Domingos De Amazonia started with a simple idea: what if a café felt like walking into a living rainforest? Not a theme — a feeling. The kind of place where the air smells like fresh espresso and damp earth, where light filters through real greenery, and where every cup tells a story about where it came from.
We source our coffee from small farms across the Amazon basin and roast it with care right here in Houston. By night, our bar shifts gears — craft cocktails built around bold flavors, local spirits, and ingredients that honor the same wild spirit as our beans.
